Order processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery times (after processing)
- Standard Shipping (Free): 8–14 business days
- Express Shipping ($9.99): 5–8 business days

Where we ship
- We ship to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, and selected other regions. Orders are dispatched from our international fulfilment centres.
Tracking
- A tracking number is emailed when your order is dispatched. Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking to begin updating.
Customs & duties
- For some international destinations, import duties or taxes may apply on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
