Refund policy
At Bubnook we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
- You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with any tags attached.
- To start a return, email support@bubnook.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us.
Return shipping
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.
- If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we cover all return costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Upgraded shipping charges (e.g. Express) are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.
Damaged or faulty on arrival
- Email support@bubnook.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. After dispatch, the standard return process applies.
Non-returnable
- For hygiene reasons, items returned used, soiled, or without original packaging may not be eligible.
Your statutory rights
- Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer protection laws of your country. Where those laws provide greater remedies, they prevail.
